How to place an order?
Ordering at www.pacifica2u.com is fast, secure and easy. After added items to Shopping Cart, just follow the simple checkout steps and your order will processed right away. You may save items in Shopping Cart to access later.
How can check the status of order?
Order will be processed within 3 business days of receiving. After it has been processed and approved, email notification will send when order has been shipped. This will contain carrier and tracking information for reference.

Can modify or cancel my order?
Please contact us within 24 hours after placing your order should you need to cancel or modify it. If the order has already been shipped from the manufacturer, it is unlikely we will be able to cancel it or make changes. In that event, you may need to return the item within our 5 day policy and/or incur a cancellation fee. Please contact us if you have any questions.
Cancellations are not accepted on certain brands and/or products, like some furniture, oversized pieces, custom items or special order items (those with long lead times or on backorder), and these products are labeled as such on their individual product description pages. Please refer our Returns section to learn more about our return policy.
Is there a warranty on the products I purchase?

How to make payment?
Please note that the currency currently used for transactions at pacifica2u.com is Malaysia Ringgit (MYR). Please refer to the details as below for your payment options.
Domestic: Payment must be made before item delivered. Pacifica2u accepts payment as below.

To pay for the Items purchased on Pacifica2u:
1) Add the products to your shopping cart and check-out.
2) Choose Payment Method as “Maybank2u” or “CIMB clicks” or “Hong Leong Bank” for Bank transfer or;
3) Choose “Cash Bank-In” for offline bank-in or interbank transfer. Bank account number will be given upon confirmation.
4) Check your order and “Confirm” it. You will receive a confirmation e-mail from Pacifica2u within minutes.

Please take note that your order may subject to taxes and other import duties. All such additional charges will not be reflected in the Shopping Cart or Order Confirmation, and therefore will be borne by you.
In addition, Pacifica2u will not be responsible for orders that are not able to clear your local customs for whatever reason. Therefore, make sure the titles you order comply with your local laws. We recommend that you check with your local customs office for further information.
Pacifica2u will list all items (brief info only) and its value on a customs form, which will be attached to the delivery box.
Additional costs or delays may occur during international trade. We sincerely hope that buyers do not use additional import costs or customs clearance delays as a reason for requesting refunds or leaving negative feedback.
